August 1, 2023, I had an 8:00 appt to replace a tire. It is now 1:18pm and my vehicle has not been looked. When I arrived I was informed the service managers and technicians are in a lunch meeting. Needl It is now 1:18pm and my vehicle has not been looked. When I arrived I was informed the service managers and technicians are in a lunch meeting. Needless to say, we dropped the vehicle off at 5pm the day before. This is unacceptable and for sure not the standards nor the integrity of the company. Sadly it is my first visit and very well could be my last!!! UNACCEPTABLE……5 1/2 hours and my vehicle hasn’t been looked at, don’t forget I had an 8:00am appointment More
