She helped us find a tow, which was not easy and our roadside assistance could not do, because we were driving our motorhome from Florida to Ohio. Their service was above and beyond any MB dealer we have been to. They even shuttled us to breakfast and back. We were on the road quicker than we could have expected. More

Thank heavens for MB Columbus. Drive an hour and a half to visit a friend recovering from cancer. Got back in my S550 and it was dead, nothing! Called roadside assistance and they couldn't jump it so the to visit a friend recovering from cancer. Got back in my S550 and it was dead, nothing! Jerry called to let me know it had arrived and after trouble shooting determined that the battery had failed. I approved a replacement and the car was washed and returned to me. Back in business.
