A Great Experience Thanks to Rosie Ruiz! My situation began with being stuck in a parking garage in downtown Miami for 4 hours on a Thursday late afternoon as my 1997 E Class would not turn o My situation began with being stuck in a parking garage in downtown Miami for 4 hours on a Thursday late afternoon as my 1997 E Class would not turn over. I was heading home to the West Coast of Florida . I had the car towed to the nearest MB which is Coral Cables. Not knowing what was wrong with the car, spending an extra night in Miami to then travel to Coral Cables the next morning to see about my car, did not make me a happy guy at the time. Rosie was assigned to me. When she advised me that my key fob is damaged and they would need to order another which would be the following Tuesday to receive, she saw the look in my face. I had no car, wanted to return home and its Friday. She very calmly and with such caring said, do not worry Mr. Parker we will take care of you. Within 10 minutes Rosie provided me with a loaner complimentary to drive home in. Then she mentioned if I had a spare fob at home, and I wasn't sure due to the age of car and I am the original owner. She said if you have a spare bring on Monday morning if not she would order a new fob. I did have a spare and it worked in starting the car on Monday morning. The icing on the cake of her gracious hospitality was, the spare fob had to be used to start the engine and the original had to be used to open the door for a temp fix. I asked her if she had a plain ring I could put both fobs on as I needed to valet park the car afterwards, she returned to her desk with a beautiful MB key chain for me to have. She is a special person and I will remember this wonderful experience thanks to Rosie. PS The team that washes the cars did an incredible job on mine! Ron Parker More
