They were very patient with me, Edgar explaining all details of the new car and showing me how to use it, especially all the new technology and benefits of the new model; and Angel in walking me thru the leasing process, having all the papers ready for m to sign, and helping me with all the paperwork in the most efficient and pleasant way.The entire staff was fabulous. In fact, one of the service men outside asked my friends who accompanied me to the dealership if they wanted their tires checked on their Mercedes when he saw that a tire was low on their Mercedes. From the first time I spoke w/John Soriano on the phone regarding the vehicle I found on the Mercedes Benz online CPO site, to the day I drove it off the lot was an excellent experience. John handled the negotiation professionally and we reached a fair and reasonable price for both the purchase of the 2013 ML CPO as well as the trade value for our 2009 ML. During my visit to exchange vehicles, John and Fransisco (Finance) were very helpful in walking me thru the formal transaction and paperwork. John spent time showing me all of the features and helped me set everything properly prior to driving back to Orlando. I was in and out in approx. 2 hours and back on the road headed to Orlando. Great experience and I will definitely consider this dealership for our next purchase. More
