No phone charging while you wait for your car to get serviced. Asked over 7 people while I waited. Over retail prices on parts, labor and accessories. Don’t know in Sales because no one even asks if you need help when you get into sales floor. No one in service or parts knew about the Mercedes-Benz Club of America dealer discount program. Paid over retail.
