I would like to thank Mr. Tony Fuentes for taking care of me during my recent visit to Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables. His team was able to identify the source of the weird "humming" noise coming from the rea me during my recent visit to Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables. His team was able to identify the source of the weird "humming" noise coming from the rear of my new GLB. Mr. Fuentes was patient and knowleadgeable. He was very professional and went the proverbial extra mil arranging for one of his specialists to ride with me and basically help me proof that I was not crazy. Two rear shock absorbers were replaced while a courtesy vehicle was provided. The treatment was top-notch from start to finish. Once more thanks for your professionalism. I really appreciate it.
