I have mentioned several times that individuals like Dave Gossett are not easy to find, so I trust that Mercedes Benz values hard working employees; as Dave is one of them. Customer service means to service customers, win their trustworthiness and make the experience pleasant to ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided. Dave exemplifies this quality. I have to say that the service staff of Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables is exceptional; from the individual that receives your car at the entrance, the technicians that work on your car, all the way to the individual that delivers the car back to you. There is only one point to mention that will give the dealer 4-1/2 stars instead of 5 stars. There is always a problem with the tires and these have a costly price. Definitely, the person negotiating the tires should look for other options/suppliers at a better quality and cost. More

Honest and Quick After going to another Mercedes dealer, and trying to be taken advantage of by being told I needed a $1,600 service... I called in to the Mercedes Cor After going to another Mercedes dealer, and trying to be taken advantage of by being told I needed a $1,600 service... I called in to the Mercedes Coral Gables, who answered the phone quickly and helped me with an estimate -$345. When I got to the dealer, they were quick to attend me , and at no point did they try to take advantage of me, or my lack of knowledge in what the car needed. As a matter of fact, Frankie actually explained what my car needed, what was recommended, AND the cost of the next service so that I am not taken by surprise. They took my car, I waited, the area was clean, people were polite, and by the time I got my car- which was not more than an hour and a half wait ( not bad since I was a walk in), they apologized for the wait, without realizing how grateful I was for their honesty, prompt response, and overall service. I will definitely be coming back for all my future car needs here, and strongly recommend this location and team. Thank you!! More
