Freddy Espinoza needs to be fired immediately Freddy Espinoza is very unprofessional. I paid for extended warranty itemsitems that he can't find in the system which i know i have. He sends people on missions to acquire info from Mercedes corpotate when it his job to do so. Calls you saying, ? hey your car is ready to get picked up. By the way, we couldn't fix it." Why return my vehicle if it's not fixed? And im supposed to be ok with that? This guy needs to be fired. Very unprofessional. Doesn't know how to do his job. More
