Contrary to what I thought would be a slow and tedious process to get a loaner car, it was amazingly fast and easy. The individual who took me to the car was extremely courteous. A couple of hours later, I was notified, via text, that my car was ready. Since I happened to be close to the dealership, I went directly to it and my car was washed and ready.
