Jose is an outstanding service advisor at every level. The pandemic kept me out of country well over 1,5 year. My car was found in terrible condition one would imagine. Jose consultation over the phone steps need to be taken, assistance in arranging pick up, communication during the full service the car needs, time the process was completed and follow up after the delivery of car status and performance was outstanding at every level. After 3 days my car is now back as new and safe as always been. One can not ask for a better service advisor who can lead all the way to ensure safety and performance of one’s car.
