Terrible service Will never come here again. Had to come 3 tones to get sunroof fixed . They could not fix it until 3rd time Salesperson was rude and not helpful . My Will never come here again. My husband spoke to Adrian personally over the phone and said he did not want the plan ( plan A). Adrian charged me $360 on my credit card , not telling explaining to me that my husband specifally said No PLAN. Adrian tells me that he spoke to my husband and revommendsvplan A. So I pay it. Come home ask my husband why he changed his mind about buying a plan . He said he specifically told Adrian he did NOT want a plan , just what was covered by warranty to be fixed . This guy is a liar and scammer. Will not be back EVER! More

Replacement of Recalled Takata airbags After waiting 2 years to receive notice that the airbags were available, I contacted Mercedes if Cutler Bay and got an appointment for the next day. After waiting 2 years to receive notice that the airbags were available, I contacted Mercedes if Cutler Bay and got an appointment for the next day. I waited in their nice lounge while my car was serviced. They informed me it would take 3 hours and it did. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed inside. Very satisfied with the results.
