This has been, by far, the best experience I've had purchasing a car. Fernando, was very fair, direct, and didn't try to waste my time. we spoke on the phone before I went to the dealer, I told him what I was looking for and how much I was able to pay. He told me he wanted to earn my business and invited me to visit him. I went to the dealer and we were able to work out a deal I was pleased with. My son went the first day with me, we got the paperwork finalized and ready for me to return the next day to pick up the car. My son, my wife and I were treated great, the dealership is large, clean and has many areas where you can go relax while the paperwork is processed. With all the amenities, the comfort and the treatment, one does not feel you are inside a dealer. The next day, when i picked up my car. I went in with my daughter and wife; My daughter felt comfortable, she went to a little playing area, where she stayed with my wife. The employees gave her a teddy bear, and a beach ball, and made her feel great. When it was time to leave, she didn't want to go. I'm very satisfied with the entire experience, and I will continue doing business with this dealership for many years to come. More

GLK350 Service I brought my GLK350 into your Culter Bay service center for it's first service and because an SRS warning light came on. I arrived early for my 7am a I brought my GLK350 into your Culter Bay service center for it's first service and because an SRS warning light came on. I arrived early for my 7am appointment and was greeted very cordially by your service manager who promptly directed me to the coffee machine for a very nice cappucinno. I then met my service advisor Charlie Rodreguez who was both friendly and very professional. He organized my service and arranged for a curtesy car for my use. The next day when I arrived for pickup your service people noted that the light went on again. No problem, these things happen, Charlie arranged for my curtesy vehicle once again and the person that delivered it even gave me a cold bottle of water for the trip back home. the next day when I picked up my vehicle (no problems this time) Charlie comped the wax job that I ordered. I am very grateful to your organization and especially Mr. Rodreguez for taking car of my the way he did. This is my fourth vehicle from your company (purchased from Coral Gable - Carlos Pereda) and I have been well satisfied with the sales process as well as your superior service department. Great dealership, but, where in the xxxx are my rims????? The treatment I received at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay was exceptional. The service advisor assigned to my claim was attentive, professional and knowledgeable. That's where everything comes to an abrupt halt! The factory took close to a month (the dealership received my e-350 on April24th; I picked it up on May22nd) to ship the required rims here in Miami. It is painfully obvious that a Mercedes customer who's already on his third lease with you was placed at the "end of the line" to satisfy the appetite of your assembly line of autos that have yet to be sold to the public, at my expense. Shame on you. You probably mistaken me with a Mercedes owner from Cuba or North Korea. You're beginning to look like GM! I rate your local dealership and staff with an A+. They and yours truly deserved better. I rate the Factory and those in the decision making process an F. More

Mr Hugo Sanchez closed the deal with us and give us great attention, he also sold me a bunch of insurance and service packages that assure me no problems with my car in the future. However, buying a car does not end when you walk out of the dealer. Mercedes Benz always stand up with a good reputation (you pay the "extra" because you want to fell comfortable that Mercedes Benz will stand up behind their cars. That is going to be prove in their service department which by they way they treat you like any other mechanic shop. (cheap). if they are going to take more that one day to change a tire! any other dealer the have the courtesy of give you a car for you to drive!, this does not happens on this dealer, they make you pay for a rental ! if you have warranty is nothing wrong with you car/tires, but if you do not have one you tires need to be replace. Soon you find out that they are not honest on their recommendations, they are only trying to sell you something else. This type of "service" only makes you think that everything their sales department did for you is being destroy by their service department. Mercedes Benz needs to take care of their customers A to Z , however they do have a problem and they potentially loosing customers with this type of "Service". More
