The factory took close to a month (the dealership received my e-350 on April24th; I picked it up on May22nd) to ship the required rims here in Miami. It is painfully obvious that a Mercedes customer who's already on his third lease with you was placed at the "end of the line" to satisfy the appetite of your assembly line of autos that have yet to be sold to the public, at my expense. Shame on you. You probably mistaken me with a Mercedes owner from Cuba or North Korea. You're beginning to look like GM! I rate your local dealership and staff with an A+. They and yours truly deserved better. I rate the Factory and those in the decision making process an F. More

Excellent sales service needs improve on repairs Ewer was my sales rep. He is a very friendly person and excellent knowledge of Mercedes Benz. he put a deal together y a short period of time and make Ewer was my sales rep. Mr Hugo Sanchez closed the deal with us and give us great attention, he also sold me a bunch of insurance and service packages that assure me no problems with my car in the future. However, buying a car does not end when you walk out of the dealer. Mercedes Benz always stand up with a good reputation (you pay the "extra" because you want to fell comfortable that Mercedes Benz will stand up behind their cars. That is going to be prove in their service department which by they way they treat you like any other mechanic shop. (cheap). if they are going to take more that one day to change a tire! any other dealer the have the courtesy of give you a car for you to drive!, this does not happens on this dealer, they make you pay for a rental ! if you have warranty is nothing wrong with you car/tires, but if you do not have one you tires need to be replace. Soon you find out that they are not honest on their recommendations, they are only trying to sell you something else. This type of "service" only makes you think that everything their sales department did for you is being destroy by their service department. Mercedes Benz needs to take care of their customers A to Z , however they do have a problem and they potentially loosing customers with this type of "Service". More

I came into Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay interested in trading in my car for the New 2014 CLA 250. I was greeted by the nice girls at the front desk who then directed me to Sales Rep Jose Alfonso, who the trading in my car for the New 2014 CLA 250. After being blown away by the car I was even more blown away with how quickly and efficiently Mr. Alfonso worked on my used car appraisal and financial information on the new car I purchased. I had come into the dealer with a CARMAX appraisal and Mr. Alfonso spoke to his manager and got the dealer to match the appraisal which I was super content with, As For price Mr. Alfonso worked a deal I could not refuse not only did I Leave the dealership with the car I had my eyes on for months! but with great payments, a lease maintenance package and the proud owner of my first Mercedes Benz!
