From the moment I arrived at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay they were extremely nice and helpful. I met with Sergio Serrano and told him exactly what I wanted in a new car. The car had to be brought from North Florida to Miami, and during the time I had to wait they provided me with a loaner Mercedes. The big factor for my husband was that we could return our leased Infiniti to Mercedes with no additional cost. Sergio also had all the paperwork ready so that when my husband went in to sign everything it went very smoothly and quickly. All in all the customer service was wonderful. When my car arrived Sergio went over all the things I needed to know to drive it (believe me, I had lots of questions) and also introduced me to the person in service who would be helping me in the future. I went back to the dealer to return the second key for the infiniti and Sergio came out again to answer additional questions that I had regarding the car. All in all it was a great experience and seemed much easier and shorter than the last time we bought a car. More

I have said repeatedly, that who ever does the employee orientation at Mercedes-Benz does an excellent job because everyone there is always courteous, friendly and helpful. The service writers and mechanics are excellent at their jobs too. When ever I have had a problem requiring a repair, I have been serviced extremely professionally, courteously, and the repair has been made.
