My first visit I was greeted by the receptionist with a warm and inviting smile I was then introduced to Ewer with the same deameanor approachable, friendly and very well informed about his product line.. warm and inviting smile I was then introduced to Ewer with the same deameanor approachable, friendly and very well informed about his product line.. He took the time to show us the vehicle we were interested in and all the options available...worked with us on the numbers. we had other interest to pursue so we told Ewer and he was very gracious and respectful in giving the time to weigh our options...We left the facilty feeling quite comfortable and not agressivley taken advantage of... Customer Relations Called to follow up on our experience...And Ewer called to follow up with our search...all very timely and agreeble. We returned on 4/26/10 to consider leasing the E350 2010... Ewer worked with us and according to our budget and our needs He was able to satisfy both. Overall we left there feeling as though we had known Ewer forever as a trusted friend. In 30 years of owning Mercedes Benz's in N.Y. N.J and Florida this is far and away the best service department I have vedr encountered.
