Normally my experience is very pleasant, my service advisor does an excellent job. However, I am extremely disappointed with the dealer as they represent Mercedes-Benz. I purchase a FACTORY WARRANTY no advisor does an excellent job. However, I am extremely disappointed with the dealer as they represent Mercedes-Benz. I purchase a FACTORY WARRANTY not third party for this location. Recently my driver side seat and door began to peel. Naturally, I trusted the dealership to remedy this matter, as the issue is beyond my control. After waiting a week to hear back, I learned that my seat and door would not be covered under the extended warranty; which is quiet odd, as I know people who have had this issue covered by MercedesBenz USA, and if not the dealer would. I am extremely disappointed, everytime I open my door this is the first thing people see. Such a poor representation of MercedesBenz as a brand, in my opinion. I will soon be looking to purchase my next vehicle, and unfortunately after this experience it will not be from this location. More
