From the moment I requested service and my vehicle get towed into the service department, I received text messages to let me know who my contact would be within the service department, who was to arrive to tow my vehicle, as well as when they were in route. I then received a message to let me know my vehicle had arrived to the service department, followed by a phone call to ensure they had an understanding of my issues/concerns. I was informed that the service department was unusually busy so it would take a few days to get to my vehicle, yet Jose Castillo continued to keep me informed and let me know the assigned technician. Once my vehicle was in, I received a video of the inspection and mad arrangements to pick up my vehicle. What more can you possibly expect? More
