Happy as usual! Had to have my car towed to the dealership last week. Robert Damas, my service rep was amazing. He gave me the number for roadside service. The moment that the Cutler Bay service department became accessible to us, we started to go there, even though Coral Gables was and is also within our regular driving routes. The service at Cutler Bay is bar none, and I won't go anywhere else for service. Courteous, prompt, respectful of one's time, reliable, fast, clean, friendly, trustworthy...I just can't say enough. Our service adviser, Kevin LaPlanche, is superb! He explains everything in his gentle way, is always courteous, always on time, always friendly...what a treasure of a human being. He, as well as others at Cutler Bay, truly represent Mercedes Benz in the light we all know and trust in this brand. Exceptional! More

I recently leased a new Mercedes and was getting close to the mileage for my first check-up. Since I was already there for the safety recall, my advisor, Charlie Rodriguez, suggested, why not do both the 10,000 check-up and the recall, save yourself some time! Do not take your Benz to Cutler Bay for service Went in for a B3 service. Adam Littman try to add a brake fluid inspection for over $200 to my already expensive $600 oil change bill. Saying that the humidity affects the break fluid. I declined. Lol!!! He started stuttering when I told him that I had already had found out the real price through email. He was being weird and awkward. Right there, I should’ve turned away but I shrugged it off, thinking I had just avoided a rip-off. Oh, and two hours later said that my battery, belt, brakes, and wipers needed replacement. I understand the brakes and the wipers, but the others?? xxx? (After 40k miles?) The scariest/ridiculous part is that his technician had replaced my gas cap with a beat up one. I noticed clearly 3 days later. Really, Adam??? And company??You guys fell in love with my well-kept gas cap?? More
