Customer service was excellent from the moment I called to schedule the appointment. I was kept informed of the extend of the problem to how it would be resolved, how long it would take to resolve and when to schedule the appointment. Different in every way from any other dealership I have experienced! The bar is set so high here! The service department was timely in receiving my car, calling me to explain the car's needs and the time when the car would be ready. He returned my calls as he stated that he would and he had my car ready when he said it would be ready and I was impressed. He said 4 pm and at 3:57 pm he was calling me to verify that I knew that my car was ready for pickup. I was impressed and grateful. THANKS again to MR. Castillo and his staff. He took the time to show us the vehicle we were interested in and all the options available...worked with us on the numbers. we had other interest to pursue so we told Ewer and he was very gracious and respectful in giving the time to weigh our options...We left the facilty feeling quite comfortable and not agressivley taken advantage of... Customer Relations Called to follow up on our experience...And Ewer called to follow up with our search...all very timely and agreeble. We returned on 4/26/10 to consider leasing the E350 2010... Ewer worked with us and according to our budget and our needs He was able to satisfy both. Overall we left there feeling as though we had known Ewer forever as a trusted friend. Customer Services through out any industry should take a page out of his book to actually know how to treat their potential clients... Well done Ewer. More
