Bad experienced services I bought my CLA 250 for just over 1 year its still under warranty. But i have to took my car in 3 times in 3 months due to lots if vibration and jerks I bought my CLA 250 for just over 1 year its still under warranty. But i have to took my car in 3 times in 3 months due to lots if vibration and jerks. They said they couldnt find any problems, the check engine signal is just the system issues just need an update. Then yesterday the check engine sinal turned on again, i already brought it in. Lets put hope this time for problem to be really solved Not recommended this dealership More
Good will makes up for customers coming back! Geoffrey took great care of me and even though I had to ask for him to cover a repair I thought should've been covered in the first place, he graciously resolved my problem and I feel that I can trust working with this company considering they were willing to stand behind the product. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR CAR THOROUGHLY AFTER HAVING SERVICE I took my Mercedes in to have work done due to a recall. I was given a loaner car and was asked to sign a waiver saying I wouldn't have any animals in I took my Mercedes in to have work done due to a recall. Almost immediately after I got into the car I noticed dog hair plastered in the cup holders, on the mats and there was dog slobber covering the entire passenger seat. I called the dealership to let them know what I saw and that I DID NOT own a dog.and did not want to be charged for the dog hair everywhere. When I picked my car up the next day there was a 3 inch tear in the seam of my drivers seat that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I spoke with the service manager Clark and was assured that they would fix my seat and that he himself would be in charge from beginning to end to assure the work was done. Clark asked me to call and set up an appointment which I did. My husband took off from work to take it in for me only to get there and have the service manager tell him that the seat was 'average wear and tear' and that they would not fix it. My husband asked to speak to,Clark and was told he was in a meeting. My husband and I both called and left Clark a message explaining what we were being told and we have yet to get a call back from him or anyone else in the dealership. As a woman I am very skeptical to take my car in to a dealership for service because I feel as though I will be mislead. This only confirms that you cannot trust what has been promised to you. I drive a 2008 Mercedes C300 and I was seriously looking to upgrade and had considered this dealership but if this is how they treat service (women) customers, I can only imagine how they would treat their retail customers. Bad bad customer service. More
Parts and Service Scam No longer Murray Motors now Sonic Dealership and it shows. Took my 2012 GL 550 in for basic service and was presented with $10,000 bill. Service department stated all 4 of my air bags are failing. I have an extended warranty and the warranty company sent a tech to verify the failure. All a scam no air bag issues. It took 1 1/2 weeks to get my car back and they did not address any of the minor issues I requested to be fixed such as my key battery, brake light, and low tire presser. I called the GM several times to address these issues no call back. Its no longer the Murray Motors that I bought my previous two cars from. I will never go back and will suggest to everyone not to do business with them. More
Take Responsibility!!! I was having my E-class sedan serviced at Murray MB, and the service bay door fell on my head. What a terrible experience - do not ever walk in the service bay area ... their doors malfunction, and could unexpectedly smash down on a person. More
The New Corporate Ownership has ruined the dealership I have serviced my Mercedes at Murray Motors and Mercedes of Denver for nine years. I have bought eight cars from the dealership for my family over I have serviced my Mercedes at Murray Motors and Mercedes of Denver for nine years. I have bought eight cars from the dealership for my family over this period but the love affair has ended. My 2011 ML was brought in for a routine service and I was quoted about $400. My usual service rep had a family emergency and the service rep billed me $750 +. I wrote an email to the new GM to look into this. After four weeks with no reply I resent the email and added that I assume the new corporate enity that bought the dealership has no desire to keep its old customers. Since there has been no reply I have moved on to a new Mercedes dealership as I will not deal with a Chevy dealership that pretends to be a Mercedes dealership.I expect to see baloons on their cars the next time a drive by Mercedes of Denver. More

I had contacted the Parts Dept at MB of Denver in order to have a new battery put aside so my girlfriend could pick it up due to me being out in Afghanistan. Chris had taken my call and off the bat he had to have a new battery put aside so my girlfriend could pick it up due to me being out in Afghanistan. Chris had taken my call and off the bat he had picked up the call sounding disgruntled. After telling him what my situation was and if he could leave a battery on the side to be picked up, he continued to be irate and stated sternly "listen, if you would listen to me, I am trying to help you" and then continued to say that I should have just called roadside assistance. I then politely continued to listen with the occasional "yes" to answer some random questions that had nothing to do with picking up a battery. At the end of his rant, I asked if he could just have a battery placed aside and he answered that he would (without asking for any information) and hung up. More
My mercedes was involved in a hit and run after I had just purchased a new grill and wheels which your service dept. installed. They took very good care of my vehicle. I always knew what state the mercedes was in and experienced no anxiety what so ever. Thank you for your exellent service. More
