I dropped the car off for emergency repair without an appointment and understanding it might be a while before they could get to it to even diagnose the issue. To my surprise they not only looked at it that day, they fixed it. I was looking at at least a week without my car and they gave it back in one day. More

He offered to replace the worn tires and perform an alignment all at no cost to me. Minutes later Service Advisor/Nathan contacted me, scheduled an appointment and I now have new tires. I could not be happier! Thank you Ryan and Nathan for offering me five star customer service! I look forward to working with you, for all my Mercedes needs, in the future. More
