He answered all my questions and concerns that I have with trade.. He called me on Monday to see what can he do to help move forward I told him all have to make sense for me to get the car. He shows me how everything up to penny that works for me. I told him I will take the car. send did all the process over the phone and it took me about an hour at the Dealer. If you want a great and professional experience look no further than Jim! Don’t let his name tag fool you though! If I recall right even though James is on the name tag, that’s the guy you want!
