I purchased a new C300 from Mercedes-Benz of Durham in December, 2019. In mid-February, I came out to find standing water in the driver and rear passenger foot wells. After checking to be sure I had not l December, 2019. In mid-February, I came out to find standing water in the driver and rear passenger foot wells. After checking to be sure I had not left a window or the sunroof open during an overnight storm, I took the car to the dealer. Kris Kauserud, my service advisor quickly assessed the situation, got me into a loaner, and took the back to the shop. The next day he let me know that they had found the problem - the sunroof drain had not been connected properly at the factory! He and the team at the dealership took care of the problem, got the car dried out, and got it back to me quickly. I am very happy with the service and courtesy shown by Kris. Just VERY disappointed with Mercedes-Benz and their quality control. More
