Discouragement I went in to lease a vehicle and to see what were my options of getting rid of the one I owned but discouragement is what I was sold. When it comes to overall commission and making max profits not “building relationships” or repeat customers is what’s more important. Getting a ridiculous low ball offer for a trade in and me rejecting that then told what’s important to me and in life and not getting a car that I want is what I should be focused on is insulting and ignorant. They’re in business of selling cars not giving life advice. Unless you want a life lesson or therapy session don’t go to this dealership. More
