(30 Minutes to an hour). I was delighted as I could get to know the car and know exactly what I wanted to get in to. When I wanted the car I wanted, getting the paper work done is the pace it usually takes but they make it a great experience. The dealer, Jack Mitrey, is the one that took care of us and was amazing. I would recommend asking for him if you would go to the dealership. Jack was very fast as responding to any questions or messages I had and when he didn't know an answer, he didn't make up anything but asked for help which I find amazing. And the other people who were helping me find out about a tech feature were very professional and patient with me and answered my questions and then some. They have a wonderful selection of cars as it is quite a big dealership. I got a certified pre-owned which comes with a one year warranty and hopefully I can use that and have an even better review for the service department. The prices on their vehicles are actually very good. But having a crappy trade in value wasn't very helpful in bringing down the price of the vehicle. And when you get the vehicle, it is beautifully detailed and the unveil it to you under a tarp and it was epic. I felt great when I left the dealership, and once the vehicle was bought, having the tags put on and everything went super fast. I hope the service department is as good as the sales department if anything would happen to go wrong with the vehicle. (I seriously doubt it though). Also, the day after the purchase, I was contacted by Jack asking how the vehicle is and just needing a check up if anything was wrong or if anything was wrong. More
