Slow, poor service. I brought my 2018 Convertible in for a minor repair, a defective seat adjuster. I had to wait about a week for and appointment. Once there, they kept my car about four hours while I waited patiently only to tell me they had to order the part and couldn’t fix it that day. I waited almost a month without hearing back. So disappointing i sold my 2018 Benz after only 90 days of ownership. Completely disappointing. More

Missed Service My GLE350 indicated coolant was low. I specifically asked service rep to check the coolant level. He told me they would top it off.
