Careless and unqualified. Twice my vehicles have been returned damaged. Once a broken windshield and now a series of scratches that appear to have been buffed. Fantastic experience! I have the maintenance plan which is wonderful to drop my car, receive a loaner (always a car I haven't driven before), come back & drive away easy br I have the maintenance plan which is wonderful to drop my car, receive a loaner (always a car I haven't driven before), come back & drive away easy breezy. Service is really bad I brought in my car for AP360 on friday this is my first service and I was told that service would be done by evening.I was waiting from 4 pm and I d I brought in my car for AP360 on friday this is my first service and I was told that service would be done by evening.I was waiting from 4 pm and I didn't get any call. At 5 pm I called in and I couldn't reach out service department directly and I left voice messages thrice. Finally I took uber and reached service center and at the ladies at the payment desk are very rude.They don't even care to answer me. All they need was my signature.I asked why no one cared to answer my calls or returned my calls.I didn't get any answer. I read very bad reviews about the service in Easton Benz showroom. Now I experienced it. I will strongly recommend my friends not to visit Easton Benz. More
They can’t seem to get it right I dropped off my car and explained to the service guy that it needed a new tire as it was bubbling on the outside. He agreed & said the tire looks as I dropped off my car and explained to the service guy that it needed a new tire as it was bubbling on the outside. He agreed & said the tire looks as if it would blow in a day or two. So, they call to say the car is ready & even dropped it off at my house. It was great until I realized they never changed the tire. The same tire that was going to blow up was never switched out. I said I wanted the general manager to call me & I never received a call. Took the car to discount tire. Absolutely ridiculous More
