We apologize that we have obviously failed to meet any of your expectations during your visits to our dealership. Our team addressed your concerns regarding the tires 3 years ago when you purchased the vehicle and apparently didn’t meet with your approval. During your recent visit to our service department, as you stated you had your vehicle towed to our dealership to have a tire replaced under warranty. The tire was at 3mm and was leaking air. Unfortunately, due to the depth of the tire tread, the warranty does not replace the tire. As a customer courtesy, our Service Manager offered a discount on a new tire which you declined. Since you declined our offer our Service Advisor did ask that our technicians place your spare on the vehicle as another courtesy since you had your vehicle towed in and the original tire was leaking, we felt this was the safer option. Once you made us aware you did not want the spare on the vehicle we had our staff replace it with the original tire. Once again, we failed to deliver to you an experience that met your specific desires. We are disappointed to know that you feel the way you do about our dealership and wish you all the best and many safe and pleasurable driving miles in your Mercedes. Pretty generic response to such a horrible experience .. Still Buyer beware! Also , after this posting They canceled that 614 number I posted as though I listed their wrong number . All in all be careful who you buy a car from . It's your hard work earned monies . And it should come appreciated . Steer away. Many more dealerships that will treat you right .
