Great Experience and Truly Helpful! My wife and I came to the dealership looking for information about the Smart Car and had a number in mind. After getting a tour of the vehicle we were My wife and I came to the dealership looking for information about the Smart Car and had a number in mind. After getting a tour of the vehicle we were after and an overview of the features we started talking numbers. Like a good salesman, he lightly glossed over some benefits of stepping up a model or two at the beginning, but at no point was he pushy or pressuresome. We weren't even remotely uncomfortable. Once we told him what we needed and at what price point, he switch from sales mode to "let's-make-this-work" mode. It was quite refreshing. He bent over backwards to meet our needs and did an excellent job. We genuinely felt cared for and our needs understood. He's a really cool guy, not even remotely pushy, not artificially smooth or overly sweet and is very easy-going. I've been to a number of dealerships that honestly wore me out—sometimes feeling like downright punishment!
