Great Service We love everything about our Mercedes. But there is one thing which is still in the stone ages comparing it with TESLA motors. ( I own a TESLA too). Tesla’s navigation is absolutely wonderful. If Mercedes does not change their navigation I might be hard pressed to buy another Mercedes. Thank you More

People made up for website errors Scheduled a tire replacement through the online site. When I got to the dealership my appointment wasn't on file (the lady helping me mentioned it was Scheduled a tire replacement through the online site. Germain now services our family's Mercedes, my mothers as well as my brothers 2 Mercedes vehicles. The service given by service manager Eddie Powell is exceptional. He is responsive, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Recently, I had a bit of an emergency in that diesel fuel was put in a non-diesel car of ours. Eddie took my several calls in the evening after hours and helped me resolve the problem. Many thanks to him and his team- More

Raquel in the service department has always gone above and beyond for me! I am also in customer service, and try my best to think "how would I want to be treated?"; it is clear to me that Raquel is the definition of someone who actually does do everything she possibly can to provide the best service. Service doesn't mean that you get everything for free (although when someone can work a little a magic (like Raquel), it is a welcome surprise), it means that the other person actually WANTS you to be happy and assured. I'm always confident that Raquel will do what's best for me and my car, and is HONEST! She's upfront about what can and cannot be done, and works so well with the other departments so that you know what's going on with every step of your service. More
