The team that worked with me up there consisted of Eric G, who was my initial point of contact. I reached out to him an hour before close and he responded with a comprehensive video custom made to me and the car I was interested in within about 15 min. I was impressed. By the time I finished the application it was closing time so the next morning Eric reached out with the finance options I had and we picked the one best suited for me and set my apt to meet in person for Saturday morning since I do not live in state. I arrived Saturday afternoon and we began the process. During this paperwork process I was introduced to Scott, and upon meeting him was told that I had the option to finance through MB and I was happy with this news because it was better for me. After purchase was complete I was introduced to Cody. Cody helped me feel comfortable in my new car showing me the ins and out of the beautiful technology held within my new car. He offered to take pictures of me with my new baby and didn’t make me feel weird about it, no matter how many I wanted him to take.
