I made contact with Brandon via phone twice before coming to the dealership. He was able to provide me with informatin regarding the car and the car's history. Brandon assisted me through the negotiations and was very polite. This was a very low stress negotiation, unlike other dealerships. Once we had an agreement, Brandon and his staff were able to get me a loan through my personal bank at a great rate. Overall, Brandon did a great job. Everything went very smoothly, everything explained with clarity and my wife and I felt confident that we were working with right person (Doug) and the right dealership. The old "let me talk with the mangager for a better price" while the salesman had a cup of coffee, told a few jokes and returned with "GREAT NEWS".....we can take $50 bucks off the price !! are over....it can still found in some dealerships...but in this economy, it is a self destructive technique....the psycology of sales is changing for the better...Doug is a prime example. In all my car buying experiences, this was, by far, the best. He alerted me the the autotrader.com trade-in value site, which appraised my trade-in fairly, and the the rest was smooth as frog hair.
