Every time we have taken our car there, we have not gotten the correct diagnosis and have had to get a second opinion from an independent before MBZ El Dorado Hills excepts it. This time it was the cat gotten the correct diagnosis and have had to get a second opinion from an independent before MBZ El Dorado Hills excepts it. This time it was the catalytic converter which they wanted to say it had been an attempted theft but with two more experts examining it, it was obvious a manufactures default and was finally excepted by El Dorado Hills MBZ and replaced under warranty. I have owned several Mercedes, buying my first one in 1982 and have never had the problems that I have had recently with this Mercedes and dealerships. And the ironic thing is, I never get an apology from anyone. Having been in customers service for many years, that is not the way I treated my clients. More
