My car didn't start and I got a recommendation from the service department for a hauler which worked perfectly for a reasonable price. Upon initial request for an oil change, suggested leaving vehicle due to limited Sprinter service personnel. Minor, but no windshield sticker provided - reminder for next oil change. That’s fine. Recorded mileage and will schedule accordingly. Appreciate the multi-point inspection and subsequent suggested service. Will follow up later. Not really sure why I provide feedback. Seems like all dealer service is routinely similar, regardless of input. I guess expecting more out of Mercedes should not be anticipated. More
