Sean was efficient and responsive. The work was done timely and well. Only criticism was loaner had about 3/16's tank with expectation I return it as such. They never have loaner cars available and they wanted to charge me $550 to determine why my check washer fluid light won’t go off. My car is still under warranty so that seems outrageous. I will be trading my car in for a Lexus within the next year and going back to Lexus Escondido. They have outstanding customer service. Mercedes of Escondido should take note. More
