I purchased a used car from Mark Caparelli and am very satisfied with the service provided. Mark stayed late to accommodate my late train arrival from Santa Barbara and was first class from the initial c satisfied with the service provided. After the purchase, I found an issue with an indicated pre-sale repair, and rather than ignore me, Mark, Shawn Khan, and the rest of the team, went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I'll be honest, I didn't expect much from car salesmen but the team at MB Escondido pleasantly surprised me. Highly recommended! More
