He offered to credit me back $50 just to keep me as a satisfied customer. So, I think that was pretty decent of them. Jeff Sears ----------------------- I thought I had a problem with my ML320 key fob (very common problem with MB) as my car would not start. It turned out to be a mere $29 Relay. But when the bill came, they charged me a whopping $257.65!! The service manager I dealt with, Mary Rodriques was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. What a rip-off!
