I purchased a used vehicle from them, within days I discovered the infotainment system stopped working, speakers blown, clutch master cylinder broken, PCV broken, oil pan leaking, battery failing. They called me to ask me how my experience was, and I told him about it. And they told me to bring the vehicle for service. I drove 250 miles to them to have it looked at and they they have no record of any conversation. They use AI chat box that will promise you the world then deliver nothing. ABSOLUTE BUYER BEWARE. More

purchased a used 2014 Ford F-150 from Mercedes-Benz of Farmington on July 21, 2026, for approximately $20,000 because I trusted the reputation of a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I was told the truck had passe Farmington on July 21, 2026, for approximately $20,000 because I trusted the reputation of a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I was told the truck had passed inspection and emissions, so I felt confident I was purchasing a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, just five days later (July 26), the check engine light came on. The truck has a stored cylinder 6 misfire code, and inspection found oil on the spark plug in cylinder 1, indicating mechanical issues almost immediately after purchase. When I contacted the dealership, I was initially told that because the vehicle was sold "as is," they would not help with any repairs. After additional conversations, they agreed to inspect the truck, but made it clear that I would be 100% responsible for all diagnostic and repair costs, regardless of what they find. I understand what "as is" means, but I also believe customers should be able to expect that a vehicle represented as having passed inspection won't develop significant engine issues within five days of purchase. I am six months pregnant and purchased this truck because I needed dependable transportation for my growing family. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. My hope is that Mercedes-Benz of Farmington will reconsider and stand behind the vehicles they sell, especially when serious mechanical problems arise almost immediately after purchase. I will gladly update this review if the dealership ultimately chooses to make this right. More

They do not know how to properly do an out of state sale. They will title the vehicle but do not register which puts you without tags in 45 days. They do t tell you and the time spent chasing their error has been enormous. They are not familiar with how the CPO warranty works and are unable to get you proper documentation that your vehicle is certified. In the end, it is shiny and nice and folks there are great pre-sale but it has not been worth the sheet volume of time and travel - that part is the worst dealer experience to date. More
