In the span of 4 days of working on this, I emailed and / or spoke with no less than 4 people. I sent an email to one person and I'd get a response from someone else. The deal took two days longer because I was looking for a response from person one and just happen to catch person two while clearing my inbox. Additionally, I was called by 2 or 3 people asking for information to "speed up the paper work" but when I arrived at the dealer to pick up my car, I still spent 2 hours either doing or waiting to do paperwork. The person who would ultimately complete the "paperwork" didn't have the "paperwork" that I had previously submitted. Everyone was professional and polite and I have no complaints in that regard. More

Not Impressed I have purchased all of my tires for my vehicle here except (2) which we're purchased while traveling from a dealer in Maryland. My one tire had a slo I have purchased all of my tires for my vehicle here except (2) which we're purchased while traveling from a dealer in Maryland. My one tire had a slow leak so I went back to Mercedes of Flemington for a repair or replacement. After approximately (2) hours they inform me that they have no record of the tire being purchased from their dealer and it's not one of the two other tires. They ask if I loan my car to others and is it possible that they put a tire on without my knowledge. Which is not a possibility at all. After another hour of searching I find an email from a visit in July 2018 that I did not have the paperwork for. They decide to search their system again and found the paperwork for the tire that needs to be replaced. Supposedly, the previous service representative I was dealing with hid the paperwork labeled as something else to cover up his mistakes. Finally , after 4 hours I was able to leave with the replacement tire. For my troubles they did provide a $50 discount. This is not the first time I have had troubles with this service department. Jami did apologize multiple times for the issues during my visit. Previous visits include them having my car for 3 days and being unable to diagnose a fault accelerator pedal. Then when I went to try to pull out of their parking lot and the car to suddenly go into limp mode in middle of a busy highway. They were then able to diagnose the pedal issue and had my car for another 4 days to repair. When I went to pick up my car, I could see my car right outside the door but my keys were misplaced. Another time I brought my car in for another tire issue. Again all tires were purchased there or the one other dealer while traveling. The representative never calls me or comes out to speak to me. He is only texting me. This is while I am waiting 15 feet away from his office. After a couple hours, I am told my vehicle is ready and I go to the desk to pay. I expect no to small charge since the tire is covered. They ask me for the full price of the tire claiming they didn't know it was covered. Since, they were unaware of the coverage the wait would be longer and they had to bring my car back into service. I would have to wait for the claim to be approved. After, asking to speak to the manager I was able to leave with my car in 15 minutes. The only positive is the times ,I do not wait I am able to have a loaner vehicle. More
