Design flaw in ML350 air conditioner I am completely satisfied with the service center and completely displeased that my car cannot be fixed. There is a design flaw in the air conditioning which causes mold to form in the unit which blows into the cabin of the car when in use. Chemicals were used to flush the system and when I asked for a list of the chemicals I was not provided that list. I requested this from the service manager and the supervisor of Mercedes USA Supervisor of Customer Service whose name is Chris at 800-367-6372 X6208. I spoke to her 4 days ago, she reassured me she would email and call me back in 24 hours which she has not. I called her this morning and left a message and still no call back. I purchased this brand for the quality and reliability and I have not received what I paid for. You are in Breech of my Warranty because there is no solution to this problem. This is a Mercedes design flaw. The solution I was given was not to park my car in humid areas, turn the heat on after using the air conditioner and only use the Auto button on the air conditioner. I live in New Jersey which is a humid state, I don’t think I should be using my heater in the summer and I should be allowed to use any buttons that are available in my car if I choose to. These were some of the solutions to the mold problem that exists in my car given to me by the customer service agent. More

Couldn't have gone smoother I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Flemington. I had spotted a CPO car over the weekend, emailed that I wanted to test drive the vehicle the followin I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Flemington. I had spotted a CPO car over the weekend, emailed that I wanted to test drive the vehicle the following Monday Morning, I decided to stop at the dealership on my way to work, not realizing it was shortly after they opened and as I pulled in I received a follow up phone call about my inquiry. So as far as response time from web related inquiries they are lightening fast. When I walked in I was greeted by name and with a friendly smile from Janae. She mentioned that she wasn't going to be my sales agent but said mine would be with me shortly and offered me a variety of drink options. Her friendly personality was refreshing on a Monday morning in the rain! Then I met with Mike who was going to be my sales agent. He also was friendly. He was already versed in the car I was inquiring about and was able to answer each and every question I had. ( I had a lot!) He was very personable and patience. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured or uncomfortable. Working with Mike gives you the feeling like you are on the same time and not working against each other. It really was a seamless transaction. While Mike was setting my us with Finance, Gregg did pop his head in. Introduced himself and asked some light hearted questions. It wasn't necessary for him to stop in by any means but it was really nice courtesy. When you spend any kind of $ on a car it is nice to feel like you are joining a family because it is an expensive investment. I then was passed over to Brett to work on finances. He was extremely thorough with explaining different additional features. Once again I never felt like I was being " pitched." He was also very personable and comfortable to work with. It was truly a wonderful experience working with these people. I would 100% recommend each and every one of them! More

Friendly Dealership, Great C300 Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in. This is my second lease from Mercedes of Flemington, although ownership is now different. My sales associate, Julian, was super nice and worked with me to get me the price I wanted. And I love my new car! The one criticism is comparing my experience under the new ownership compared to the last one. Three years ago I was in and out of Mercedes in no more than 45 minutes. There was no haggling and back and forth with the price. I picked my options and got a great deal. One price and that was that. The experience this time was reminiscent of the old school car shopping. Julian had to go back and forth and negotiate a price with a manager three times until I was satisfied. And while I’m satisfied, I know I got a better deal three years ago than I did now. I prefer the “no games” shopping like I had in my prior experience. All in all, Julian was great to work with. Still checks in with me to make sure everything is good. The people are very nice and pleasant to work with. More
