I dropped my car off at 9:30 a.m. At 4:30 I called for an update and was told they wouldn’t get to it that day. No one had contacted me prior to my call. This was on a Friday and I did not want to leave my car there over the weekend so I picked it up that afternoon— exactly the same as when I dropped it off that morning. On a positive note, the ladies at the service dept desk are always very pleasant and professional—if only they were in charge. I can’t comment on the quality of work or price since nothing was done, not even a phone call alerting me to the status of non-work. More

Ultimate Service experience I have been coming here for many years, though two other dealerships are much closer to me. I drive right past Open Road in Bridgewater to come to MB I have been coming here for many years, though two other dealerships are much closer to me. I drive right past Open Road in Bridgewater to come to MB of Flemington. My Service Advisor Jami takes care of my car as if it were her own. It is such a pleasure to come here, the service is always quick yet thorough, professional and friendly. You just cant beat this dealership.
