He truly makes the transaction smooth and wants you to leave the dealership satisfied with your experience even if you don’t end up buying or leasing a vehicle that day. That’s why 2 years later after I leased my first car from Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell I contacted him directly when I was in the market for a new vehicle. Previously I went to Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati (on Montgomery Road). The salesman there was less than enthusiastic, and never followed up with what I was looking for. However, Ken at Fort Mitchell was fantastic! He worked so hard to find the right Benz I was looking for. He had a heart-felt desire to deliver the car and service I expected. Being in sales and sales management myself for over 30 years, I have high expectations and standards for sales people I work with. He is very professional, answer email almost immediately, return phone call in short time and answer all your questions , he gave us an outstanding customer service. He FedEx us all the paper works as my husband can not go to the dealer to sign, the process was very easy and clear. We live 3 hours away from Fort Mitchell, 3 miles before to arrive, I got a flat tired, I call Gus and explain my incident, he came immediately pick me up and the mechanical change the tire (sorry I forgot his name, but he is too a very professional and know how to give a great service) , I dont have words to express how thankful I am with them, and they dont want to charge me nothing for this incident. Brandon Cogozzo was my Product Specialist, he is very professional and knowledgeable, he explain me all the feature I request and was very patience with all my questions. Furthermore, when you walk out after signing the contract, you feel excited and with piece of mind that you got a great deal, in other words, NO BUYERS remorse or feeling of “did I truly get a good deal or did I leave money on the table.” Absolutely top shelf and ethical professional! Historically, when I buy vehicles, I typically feel I negotiate a “good” deal. It’s when I get to the Business Manager/Finance stage that I walk away with a feeling of being pressured. They try to rush you through buying a bunch of overpriced add on “stuff.” Todd Morgan was the best I have ever worked with. He did his job and informed me of my options, however, he did it without pressure and with honesty and integrity. I walked away with piece of mind of I obtained what made since and nothing else. I truly believe he is far more ethical than anyone I have ever worked with in his position. I would like to add, Todd and I reached an amicable stalemate on one topic and Don Paparella quickly resolved it by once again, exceeding my expectations and exceeding all of my previous experiences with other car dealerships!
