Bought a sprinter Van used while driving next to a semi and if you move forward the whole VEHICLE looses balance and it will shake very unsafely for driving, No oil change was performed no transmission service was performed I would call the dealership and try to speak with Dan he doesn't care never gives a call back was trying to find out why is there a delay in getting permanent plate he responded it should here any day he never called me to say there is a problem and guide us as how to resolve it today we recieved the money back plus a paper explaining why Kentucky transport board has rejected to registration As because vin verification was never done they want to sell inventory but They dont want to do the work never gave us owners manual he said he will send it with plate well the plate never came and never did the owners manual came too This has given a very bad experience of Mercedes Benz this was my first purchase of mercedes and the last ford dealership warned about this Now I have to stop my business and go take care of something they should had to take care off I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP MY FUTURE PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE SCAM ASKED THE MANAGER TO GIVE ME A CALL UPDATE DAN CALLED ACTED AS IF HE DI NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE I HAVE ALREADY LOST 20K IN BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THEIR GOOF UP More
