It was my first Mercedes purchase and I had a GREAT experience at Mercedes Benz of Fresno. My salesman, Luis Ybarra, was so helpful and professional. It was my first Mercedes purchase and I didn't have very good credit, however, with Luis' assistance it was a smoother process than expected. He was very informative and understanding of my concerns. He was able to get me approved and I left with the loaded CLA I wanted! I am extremely happy and I would definitely refer friends and family to see Luis at Mercedes Benz of Fresno! Awesome customer service for a 2nd owner of GL350 purchased when a dealer stands out from other dealers in terms of service? Mercedes Benz of Fresno made a difference. I did not purchase the car from Mercedes Benz of Fresno, but from carfax I know the used car I purchased has been maintained at Mercedes Benz of Fresno. I am not sure if the transmission fluid has been changed according to recommended maintenance service. Sent a message in their website yesterday. Guess what? Etin Omwanghe, Sales Consultant at Mercedes Benz of Fresno sent me a reply within hours and let me know the details. He has his belief, "My true belief is to take care of every Mercedes-Benz customer, regardless of where they purchase the vehicle." This convinced me that I have made a wise choice to buy this used car, because it has been maintained by Mercedes Benz of Fresno. I can have peace of mind and I can keep as long as I want because it has been well maintained. p.s. When it comes to Service, Etin Omwanghe at at Mercedes Benz of Fresno is second to none. I asked him if he could help to provide the details on the car's maintenance history, he assured me without hesitation and he sent me the records as promised. Wish him to get well very soon from his illness as Mercedes Benz owners like me all needs his great help. More
Service Dept. to be Avoided 7/2014 - Service is very poor. Took my car in for warranty work. 1. Service advisor B.Wilson behaved like he didn't want to listen to me explain a 7/2014 - Service is very poor. Took my car in for warranty work. 1. Service advisor B.Wilson behaved like he didn't want to listen to me explain all the problems I want fixed. 2. Made an appointment 1 week ahead for 7:30am so I can get a loaner (per appointment staff's recommendation) but none was available when I went there. Didn't get a loaner. Funny...I got an email later saying that I missed my appointment. Disconnect somewhere you think? 3. Found one electronic device not reconnected by tech. 4. Tech threw out my property. Staff later found it in dump bin when I asked. 5. Took more than two weeks to call me that parts are in. Then said that they had called me several times. 6. Took several attempts to get an answer about what repair was done and the answer was still vague. 7. Improperly installed parts. 8. Didn't know the equipment on my model year. Yet argued at length with me just to find out I was right when I said go look at my car for yourself. 9. Made 4 trips and some issues still not resolved. On two of these occasions the SA said there was no tech available and to bring my car back another day. I was there 10 mins. before opening. 10. Blamed the issues on something other than the car; gave excuses to avoid looking into the issue. After 4 trips I'm still left with incomplete repairs from my initial visit. I'll be going back for the 5th time in a week and I'm sure several more times after that. There are a few small pluses: 1. I did get a loaner on visit number 2. 2. MBofF did authorize a very small part that was not under warranty. 3. While I was waiting for the SA, staff who walked by always said hi to me with a smile. 4. I've been to the parts dept. many times and they were always knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. 5. The coffee shop (free latte) has always been a plus. On 9/2014...1 of the problems came back. Item was repaired and not replaced. On 3/2015...went back to finally resolve the issue above that came back and service B. Got a call that my car was done. Got the car...bill said tech couldn't find the prob. Recommended to set another appointment so I can show tech what the prob was. Don't know why I didn't get a call telling me they couldn't replicate the prob. or have me go in and show them. Yet I get a call saying my car was done. On 3-19-15: I completed the email survey sent by MB USA. I expressed everything above. Within 30 mins. Kevin Ryan, Dir. of Service at MB Fresno, called me. He yelled saying, because of my response on this survey and the one at the end of last year "don't come back and we don't want you here". He slams the phone. Enough said. More

My experience with Abdullah Mahmoud and Mercedes Benz of Fresno could not have been more different. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my car buying experience with them. I inquired about a car online late on Thursday evening. I received a phone call and follow up before 8:00 am the net morning. By early Friday afternoon, without any stress or anxiety that is normally associated with buying a car, I was approved and thrilled with the deal they were able to provide me with. I picked up the car the following day. The entire process - from the initial contact to the final signature on the contract - was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return there to purchase my next car. Thank you again! More
