The entire time during the closing and paperwork generation on the car, Larry was focused on my satisfaction not only with the car but with my understanding of the new features. He took the time to go with me for the test drive and showed me everything. He then even took the time to transfer my Sirius XM radio account from his cell phone while we were going over all of the features of the voice command and navigation system. I was also impressed that he had already transfered my tag while I was signing paperwork. If this car didn't have the mileage on it, I would swear it was a brand new car.
