After usual maintenance on cooling and transmission Corey's team diagnosed check engine light, tried quick fix and moved quickly for complete replacement of EGR system. I didn't expect my 2013 rv to be under warranty, but YES it was. Very pleased with entire experience at the Sprinter repair shop at GTMB . More

The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a high-ticket purchase like this. It’s beyond frustrating to see a dealership of your reputation treat its customers with such disregard. How can you offer these products when you can’t even provide basic transparency or track your transactions properly? This experience has severely damaged my trust in your dealership. More
