I was told that they would pick up my car in austin and provide service and I did sign all the documents including the one that said I would have the liability along with providing used gas or be charged. provide service and I did sign all the documents including the one that said I would have the liability along with providing used gas or be charged. They could not deliver on their promise to return my card so i had to go pick it up and I told the service rep(Grant) that I put gas in the car to cover gas used.He sold me he would not charge me. Lots of non performance for service promised. Then they charged me 15.98 for gas which I refuse to pay. I will change dealerships and next car purchase will be somewhere else. More
Service department is horrible. I have a $150k Mercedes, under warranty that has been in numerous times. I have had to fight them over what is covered under warranty. The most recent case, they charged me $1300 just to diagnose the problem. They take weeks to fix the problem and I still ended up with a $3000 bill to fix 2 leaks, and the car was in the shop last time for another leak. You can forget escalating to Mercedes executives as they are the least responsive customer service group I have ever encountered. Save yourself the headaches…..buy another brand somewhere else! More

You have to go far these days to find a dealer that you can trust to repair your car. Not just parts changers.
