I have been taking our Sprinter chassis RV to the team at Mercedes-Benz in Georgetown, TX ever since my purchase. The team there is always responsive and excellent at keeping you abreast of what is going on Mercedes-Benz in Georgetown, TX ever since my purchase. The team there is always responsive and excellent at keeping you abreast of what is going on with your vehicle. Ryan Carter went above and beyond to make sure they could diagnose a particular issue and even transported our RV to a coach service company to finish the service (coach issue vs chassis issue) while we were out of town instead of just saying "we don't service this part of your RV" which I have experienced with other dealers. Great service and support. More
