I bought my very lightly used 2018 GLC here, and have done the vast majority of service here. Outstanding service. While the waiting area is very nice, I can never get in and out quickly. Always a minimum of a 3 hour wait for the service department. People have busy lives and time is valuable. This is purely based on my one-time visit to this dealership, I had an issue with the car where the charging port was not working and the license plate bracket was not holding the license plate and t dealership, I had an issue with the car where the charging port was not working and the license plate bracket was not holding the license plate and they charged me for both. This is a brand new 2023 Car bought 6 months back, the reason I was provided is that the car was not bought at the dealership and they had to charge me...asked me to go back to the Plano dealership. I do not understand I thought I bought the Mercedes with all smiles and bezels with a Warranty...but forgot about the warranty the car is less than 6 months old...This is my 6th Mercedes and I think it's about time to call quits with Mercedes and look forward to going with other brands that can serve you better. Think before you go to this dealership. If I had to go back to this dealership I would only go because of my advisor Jarrod, he is a cool and very nice gentleman. Thanks, Jarrod for being the best part of the worst day and annoying experience with Mercedes of Georgetown. More
