Waited to pay for my card maintenance by the front desk where staff is supposed to take care of customers . 1 gent was on the phone, another was tending to a couple, and the other 4 staff were sitting the where staff is supposed to take care of customers . 1 gent was on the phone, another was tending to a couple, and the other 4 staff were sitting there not on the phones or with customers. Nobody even acknowledged me for the longest time. Not until Fred (the gent on the phone, got off the phone) asked me if someone had taken care of me did someone even made eye contact with me. This is 2nd time I've used thos dealership for my car's maintenance and twice I received poor service. When my husband has visited, they always tend to him well and when I'm with him I get same god treatment. I'm a brown immigrant and he's a white American. Won't be going back there. Rather drive 45 mins to Austin and be treated like a person. More

Carlos is my sales person and he has always been very helpful and honest. It took a while to get me a custom order and like was on it. On the service side Ritchey is in charge of the service managers and helpful and honest. It took a while to get me a custom order and like was on it. My service manager is Jay and I feel welcome every time my wife and I see him. His follow up is amazing. I always get updates amd know we are in good hands. I have going here for over 10 years for service now and they seem to just get better. More

I was overcharged$326 for my basic oil change service normally I pay 150 for an oil change. I tried telling the advisor Jarrod several times and he claimed that was an old price.
