Recently purchased a used 2022 Tesla model Y from them. The vehicle had rear end accident that both panels as well as the read bumper were damaged. The carfax was clean. The dealership never disclosed this to us, and we found out because we ordered a 3rd party inspection since we bought it from out of state. when we asked if the vehicle was fine. they kept saying that there was no accident at all. When the purchase was complete and after we paid for transportation company to bring the car to us, the 3rd party inspection report was disclosed to us after a delay so the car get to us first. This was after we pushed them to send us the report. They are in business of buying and selling cars but the sales manager Omar intentionally denied knowing anything about the accident. We are now left with a car that has a moderate to severe rear end accident while we paid full price of a an accident free vehicle. They offered compensation but they made us sign a paper that we don’t sue them later. They kept the check to make sure the document is signed. We had no choice but to accept it since the vehicle was already transported to our state and it would have been a huge financial loss. Be careful with them especially the sales managers. More

This is my 1st time purchasing a Mercedes after 6 months; I am very unsatisfied with the professionalism and service. They basically sold me a car with defects that they were aware and weren’t disclosed to m I am very unsatisfied with the professionalism and service. They basically sold me a car with defects that they were aware and weren’t disclosed to me prior purchase. Then documented the defects in their system a week later after I purchased the car. This is my 4th time dropping the car off for the same reason (seat replacement and rattling noise in the dashboard) and with a new defect (windshield motor). My car has been in the shop since May 5th without any resolute. I’ve left several voice messages with the Sales Manager. Currently, I haven’t received any return calls from someone in leadership. I also requested the name and number for District or Regional Manager. I was informed they either don’t have access to that information or they are unable to give it to me. I am waiting someone in leadership position to give me a call. You have my number. I am the owner of the SL450 - that has been there for 20days. More

I’m from out of state and MB of Gilbert had the car I was looking for advertised on their website. I called Gale on Sunday, spoke about the car, the long-distance purchasing and titling details, and she sen looking for advertised on their website. I flew in the next day, they picked me up at PHX, and the in-person meeting, car inspection, and test drive confirmed what Gale had already told and showed me. Easy process for my first time buying from out of state. Nice people. More
